Process
There were two interviews.
The first interview was with another developer and a woman from the HR department. The second interview was with the developer and the lead developer.
During the first interview, they asked me only a few general questions. I spent most of the time solving technical questions, which I completed fairly well. However, at the second interview, I felt they had already selected an employee from the candidates.
