Applied online.
Only one phone interview and an online competency exam were administered before receiving an offer.
The questions were mainly behavioral. The majority of the interview was spent explaining my summer responsibilities rather than vetting my qualifications.
Afterwards, I took an online competency exam that tested basic math and abstract pattern-finding skills.
Questions
No difficult questions. All "What's your greatest weakness?" or "Where do you see yourself in 5 years?" types of questions.
