Process
I received a call from IBM for an interview. I completed all rounds with them, which were conducted via WebEx. They had a total of three rounds. The first one was a mental and English test. After completing the managerial round, I never received a call from them. I sent an email as well, but received no reply. I never understand why, when they don't want to hire someone, they waste that person's time. At least they should provide some feedback if they decide not to hire someone. Companies should also understand the value of other people's time.
