Pros: Good company and nice people to work with! Very steady occupation and work/life balance is very good.
Cons: The promotion system is slow and convoluted. Like most larger corporate companies, they have a ‘yearly goals’ system, which, while in theory allows for good, focused progression, is a complete farce.
