Process
The interview was a group task that was well organized and ran smoothly.
However, the pool of candidates applying was not as expected.
The apprenticeship program was Level 6, leading to a BSc in Technology and Digital Solutions upon completion after four years.
To my surprise, some candidates in my group had already studied for one or two years at university and were already partly on their way to receiving the degree. This gave them a significant advantage in both skills and age, which made the process feel somewhat unbalanced.
