The first step was a technical interview that used an online coding platform. There were three questions, each more challenging and complex than the one before it. You had to get the solution correct and within a certain execution time.

Pros: IBM has good work-life balance.
Cons: Team may work on a project in year one and then switch to another project in year two, so you will see project switching frequently.
