Pros: Great work-life balance. Hybrid office. If you need to get something done outside of work, it's not a big deal as long as you get your work done. Benefits are great and very family-friendly. There are many projects to work on and switch around internally.

Cons: Lower compensation than I could find elsewhere. Bonuses are slim to none, same with RSUs, which are rare and you are lucky if you get any. And even if you do, most likely it will be a fairly low amount. A lot of work and effort is needed by you to get promoted past band 8/9.
