Pros: IBM is one of the greatest companies in the world. It is a really innovative and creative company as well; you can get any computer knowledge and skills.
Cons: It is a hierarchical company and there are so many talents within the company. One characteristic person cannot follow the IBM way; it is too difficult to influence IBM, and you are always influenced by IBM.
