Pros: Good pay, flexible work hours. Lots of scope to do alternate work and pursue interests, but it comes at a really high cost of sacrificing all your time.
Cons: Management keen on just results and not quality of work. They support stretch assignments in your area of interest, but that is only so the company gets free work out of you during your spare time. This does not help you move to your role of interest.
Hectic schedule, needing nearly 65 hours of work every week, throughout the year.
