First round was completely on Core Java basics. The questions were around the collection framework and OOPs concepts.

Pros: 1. Team is good. This depends totally on the team you join. Not every team is like this.
2. You get a chance to be heard and will be recognised for the work you do.
3. Nice engagement activities.
4. Good salary.
Cons: 1. Projects are assigned rarely.
2. Takes time to go up the ladder.
3. No perks or extra benefits at all in the office apart from regular ones like health insurance.
