Interview process was smooth. All basic questions from Core Java, Spring, Hibernate, and whatever you have mentioned in your resume. Two rounds of interview. In the first round, they asked questions from Core Java, and in the second, they asked from advanced Java and Spring framework.

Pros: Working with IBM has its own merits, such as flexible timing and work from home, even before the pandemic, and a nice office to work at in Bengaluru.
The work culture is good, and learning opportunities are more. Managers are friendly and help to grow the employee's career path.
Cons: It was good until it suddenly decided to spin off one of its entities, Kyndryl. All employees working on that entity were moved to this new company without a choice or say in it. Many left their jobs instead of joining the new company.

Pros: I worked in the ISL (India Software Lab) Division. The main advantages were:
* Opportunity to work with a team worldwide
* Working on a state-of-the-art product with a competent team
* Learning new things every year
Cons: 1. Can get hectic during certain production cycles.
2. Provide more motivation for employees for a better work-life balance (especially during the pandemic era) and for higher education opportunities through a PhD, not just Masters.
