Two technical interviews were conducted at two levels.
One management interview was followed by an HR interview.
The technical interviews consisted of C programming questions and Unix scripting questions.
The management and HR interviews were very easy to crack.

Pros: A good learning opportunity, since IBM's software labs department is mostly focused on launching new and innovative products.
You will get to do POCs and develop projects from scratch.
Juniors also get a good opportunity to technically lead teams, even of seniors.
Cons: Work culture is very bad. It's like a startup where everyone blames others for release delays or some breaking code.
There is no work-life balance. Managers can ask you to work after working hours and even on weekends.
