Pros: International Hackathons (I won IBM CIO Hackathon 2021 phase 2).
Lots of experience. They paid me to learn z/OS, and after learning, I worked in z/OS mainframes (probably because my hackathon project was related to z/OS).
Cons: Sometimes the tools they ask us to work with could be wrong. As this is my first company, I am not sure whether this is only with this company.
