Process
One aptitude test and one vocabulary and e-mailing test. Both were online tests.
The aptitude test was for an hour, while the other was 20 minutes long. Whoever cleared these rounds would almost get into the company, unless they made some blunders.
The process was very easy if you had gone through some soft skills training and knew some basic mathematics and programming languages.
