- They try in every way to force you to take courses to meet the goal of X people with Y courses.
- Need to take courses that are not relevant.
- There is no path to get promoted, and no one in the company knows.
- Because it is very large, many things in the company take a long time to happen (every 6 months).
- "Figure it out yourself" culture.
- Non-competitive salaries.
