The process involved a test followed by two rounds of interviews.
The first round was a coding round. The second round was a technical and HR interview.
They selected mostly students from the CS department. I was from the Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department.

Cons: A company assigned a task which is irrelevant to the job title. For example, if somebody is a developer, the company assigned a testing task to them. This happened generally in IBM, but these testing tasks should be assigned to testers.
