I only attended the first round of coding. The second round involved another set of coding questions, followed by a group discussion (GD), and then an HR interview.
The coding questions were different and difficult, but solvable with strong knowledge of concepts like arrays and lists.

Pros: Great place to learn how to flatter your manager. It's the fastest path to promotions and hikes.
Cons: IBM ISL has poor management practices that create a toxic work culture. Employees are subjected to extreme work pressure disguised under the name of PIP (Performance Improvement Plan). Even high performers are forced into mandatory PIPs by unfair comparisons with others, making the environment stressful and demotivating.
