I applied online through IBM Careers. After two weeks, I got a coding test that had some video questions and some algorithm questions.

For the video questions, they gave me some time to record answers. For the coding questions, I had half an hour or so. You should be good in the basics of algorithms and data structures to solve those problems.

After a week, I received a rejection.
