Pros: La empresa ofrece una muy buena estabilidad.
Cons: El pago es menor en relación a otras empresas. Hay pocas oportunidades de crecimiento y movilidad, y generalmente estas son otorgadas a quienes son más políticos o que caen bien a los managers, y no a quienes se esfuerzan. Te ponen muchas trabas para sobresalir y, muchas veces, no valoran el esfuerzo realizado, además de que el balance con la calidad de vida es pobre.
