Pros: Not like any other Indian MNC where you have to be in the office for 9 hours or so. It doesn't matter when you come to the office; the ultimate goal is to deliver to the client on time. Moreover, for experienced professionals, I would say it's the best company to work with. One can avail of the work-from-home facility whenever they have some other task during office hours. There are nominal onsite opportunities as well, and lots of learning opportunities. It is even mandatory for every employee to complete 40 hours of mandatory skills development training in a financial year and to obtain at least one certification in a year in the vertical path of their career growth.

Cons: Less hike in comparison to other US-based MNCs.

Pros: Stable employment. No rapid changes. Fine salary.

Cons: A lot of internal trainings. AI instead of a person on the HR side. A lot of unnecessary paper communication. Strange on-call rules.

Pros: Not a single pro I can think of.

Cons: Underpaid, overworked. Terrible place to work.
