Process
The assessment day will begin with up to two group exercises, depending on the role you have applied for. These exercises will last up to an hour.
Your large AC cohort will be divided into smaller groups of about six people. There are two types of group tasks you may have to complete:
- A logical task
- A discussion/planning task
