Worst. No management and valid justifications. They hire in bulk and don't value cream candidates. They called for a scheduled interview, but it happened to be a walk-in. My suggestion is to never go for it. I went at 10 am in the morning and got the first round done at 6 pm. There is no management of HR operations at all.
In the HR round, I was asked to work for only a 10 percent hike and not to expect much later upfront.
