The interview process was pretty straightforward. Since it was for a software engineer intern role, it began with an online assessment, which was fairly easy.
I applied for both the front-end and back-end roles, and found both assessments to be elementary.

Laid-back working environment

Pros: The work-life balance is great. The focus is on the work being done, not the arbitrary amount of hours you need to spend in the office. So, if you get all of your work done, then you can go home. Keep in mind that I am doing a full-time internship and can only speak from that perspective.
Cons: The cubicles aren't necessary. There is not really a collaborative atmosphere, at least for my project. People seem to be segregated. There needs to be more introduction across the teams to make the work atmosphere social and friendly.

Pros: Management notices when you work hard. Flexibility in hours for interns. Working from home is an option.
Cons: Not much motivation to work on campus. The food is terrible and the offices feel like prisons.

Pros: A good number of intern activities, recreational facilities such as a gym and basketball court, and good pay, if you are a returning intern like myself.
Cons: Not so good work-life balance. Interns can get overworked if your team has weekly presentations.
