Pros: The people at IBM are very helpful and knowledgeable.
They are very hardworking and really help you to achieve the results and assign a proper task to an intern.
So there is a lot to learn.
No politics, very peaceful environment.
Cons: No cool environment like startups or other giants in the Bay Area.

Cons: a relatively deep requirement on knowledge in programming, which is not surprising.
