I applied through LinkedIn and, upon clicking on the offer, I was redirected to your website to fill out an application. Initially, I applied for React, but about two months passed and they didn't contact me. I decided to apply for Java as well, and for that position, they contacted me in less than a week.
The entire process was remote (phone and Teams for the technical interview).
The recruiter who contacted me spoke about the benefits and the offered salary. Here I must say that both the salary and the benefits were the lowest compared to other companies where I also applied for the same position.
Only one technical interview was scheduled, and depending on how you do, you get in or not. The process concludes there. The interview lasted 1 hour, with very basic Java Core questions, a few about Spring, others about Java EE, and solving a simple problem like sorting a string.
The team leader who interviewed me told me about the project I would possibly join and my responsibilities.
Basically, they wanted someone with a strong command of Java, Java EE, unit and integration testing, database proficiency, AWS, among other technologies, for a salary of 30k per month.
