You get 3 behavioral questions and 3 programming exercises, each lasting 1 hour. The programming exercises are fairly simple, including some FizzBuzz problems and searching.
It has been 6 weeks, and I have not heard back from them yet.

Cons: Very bureaucratic, somewhat political, not always a clear idea of what's being done and why it's being done. Too many conference calls, way too many meetings.
