Pros: Great work-life balance. Decent pay and good opportunities for growth and career advancement. Tons of resources to leverage, if you know where to look and connect with the right people. Overall, IBM is a great place to work.
Cons: Suffers from the classic challenges of a huge corporation. Things can advance pretty slowly. Sometimes you may end up on projects that are not great. Pay could be a little bit better. Benefits are not great either. Experiences also vary quite a bit depending on role, position, sector, project, etc. But all in all, IBM is a good company to work for.
