Process
First, there will be an online assessment.
Then, there will be one technical interview, or at most two rounds of technical interviews, approximately 50 minutes each. Questions asked will be related to operating systems, DBMS, OOPs, and one or two easy DSA questions.
Finally, there will be an HR interview, approximately 45 minutes.

Pros: IBM treats its employees well in most cases. Working here, you have access to tons of great resources and to really intelligent people.
Cons: I felt a little like a worker bee that was expendable.
Working as a billable consultant was a little stressful, considering you were supposed to always be billing. Do other work on your own time.
Many meetings and even more paperwork. Not to mention silly certifications on ethics that were a complete waste of time.

Cons: A yearly hike is not good.
