Process

Initially, there was a written aptitude test. It consisted of three sections, with no technical questions at all, just checking your IQ. The questions were not difficult, but time was very limited.

1st section: 20 questions on matrices (e.g., 5x5, 6x6). Each matrix contained numbers and alphabets. Questions involved swapping rows and columns, and locating rows/columns satisfying certain conditions. Time allotted: 13 minutes. I attempted 12-13. There was no negative marking.

2nd section: 20 questions on number series (very simple). Time allotted: 4 minutes. I attempted 18. This section had negative marking.

3rd section: Mathematical quantitative aptitude. It consisted of 15 questions. Time allotted: 15 minutes. This was the toughest section. I attempted 6-8. This section also had negative marking.

Then, there was a group discussion, followed by technical and HR interviews. There may be 2-3 interviews, depending on the interviewer and your performance. They typically ask about your TE and BE projects, and some questions on data structures, C, C++, and databases.

The interview is not so difficult, but you need good communication skills.

This way, I got selected. Best of luck to you.
