They mentioned that they received my resume from a recruiter who found it through my university's career services.
I had a one-hour phone interview and received the job offer on the spot.
My offer arrived in my email within a few days, and I was given seven days to decide whether to accept it.

They allowed vaxxed people to come to work, but the unvaxxed had to stay home. This caused a lot of hand-wringing and encouraged an us vs. them mentality.
