Pros: Completely free workspace environment. Management is good.

Cons: Not helpful to freshers, because all projects are support projects, and most of them need no new learning.

Pros: Collaborative. It's a genuinely nice place to work.

Cons: I can't think of any now.

Pros: I guess the only thing they have going for them is decent work-life balance.

Cons: The management is terrible and lies to you to keep you from standing up for yourself and progressing. It's a terrible place to work for engineers in general, but for female engineers specifically. Male colleagues make way more, are offered stock, and sign-on bonuses. When asking for the same, management tells you IBM does not do such things, which is a complete lie. I spent 8 years working for this company only to find out these things later on and immediately decided to leave. I worked towards a promotion for 3 years and was only told I should have gotten it 3 years prior when I decided to quit. Save yourself the time. They have no clear goals and are just headed down the drain. Their HR is completely messed up, basically non-existent. I worked there for 8 years and they asked for money back for "overpayment" or they would send me to collections. I am looking into a lawyer to deal with the discrimination and terrible behavior.
