I applied online when the job was recently posted and cleared the initial screening. I received the invitation for the IPAT test, which I took the very next day after receiving the invitation email. Since that day, my job application status has been shown as "Interviews". I have been following up with the recruiter ever since, but she never responded. After a few days, I had to call IBM for a follow-up. They advised me to email my concerns to IBM Opportunities Support, which I did. Two days later, I received an email from the recruiter stating that this position has been filled.

It is disheartening to see a company like IBM exhibit such negligence.
