Pros: Very laid-back. You can choose when you work. The people are great. The environment is easy-going. The offices are nice.
Cons: The company is going nowhere, and all of their "new" tech ideas are garbage.
Simple ideas that can be done in a month take years here.
You will never grow at this company.
They also don't pay well.

Pros: You work with international teams.
Flexible schedule (although it depends on your area and project).
Offers good superior benefits.
The work teams and the people are excellent professionals. Everyone tries to make you feel comfortable, even when you work remotely.
You can take your vacation at any time of the year. There is an excellent culture of rest.
Cons: Food vouchers are part of your salary, don't use them as an additional benefit.
Local people are on a hybrid scheme (3 days in the office) and, for the moment, management is reluctant to change it, even though many teams don't need to be there that long.
