This interview was conducted by Sanovi, a company recently acquired by IBM. The process first involved segregating people based on their experience: less than 4 years for Software Engineer and 4+ years for Senior Software Engineer. For those with less than 4 years of experience, a written MCQ test on Core Java was administered. Once this was cleared, there would be a F2F (face-to-face) round. I cleared both and was then told I would have a second technical round. In this round, I realized they were simply trying to reject people. I believe there are no openings, as those coming from the acquired company are themselves contractors within IBM. If this is the case, the chances of hiring permanent employees are very slim.
I suggest you all avoid interviews scheduled by acquired companies under the umbrella of IBM. Don't simply decide to go unless the interview is specifically for IBM.
