It was very smooth and easy. The process involved an initial OA (online assessment) followed by a live coding session with a senior-level interviewer. Finally, there was a behavioral session. They informed me of the result after approximately two weeks of waiting.

Pros: Good team and flexible hybrid work culture. In-person office with good wellbeing opportunities, and everyone is willing to teach and help you. Interns are treated like actual employees; there are not many hierarchy/superiority issues there.
Cons: Low market salary at all paygrades, but flexibility and good work-life balance are big factors that improve this.
