Reviewed a coding assessment a few days after the submission of the resume. The test consisted of approximately 3 questions. These included one medium-difficulty LeetCode-level question and three math/data structure questions, which were not very hard.

Pros: Good team and flexible hybrid work culture. In-person office with good wellbeing opportunities, and everyone is willing to teach and help you. Interns are treated like actual employees; there are not many hierarchy/superiority issues there.
Cons: Low market salary at all paygrades, but flexibility and good work-life balance are big factors that improve this.
