Pros: Good team and flexible hybrid work culture. In-person office with good wellbeing opportunities, and everyone is willing to teach and help you. Interns are treated like actual employees; there are not many hierarchy/superiority issues there.
Cons: Low market salary at all paygrades, but flexibility and good work-life balance are big factors that improve this.

Pros: Lots of interns, so lots of company. Understand that as interns, we need to be trained and don't know that much.
