Pros: IBM provides opportunities to invent, innovate, and grow, irrespective of the position or title a person holds. As a manual tester, I had never imagined I could file a patent and have it accepted. Had IBM not provided the chance, I would not have gotten this recognition.
Cons: Competition. But it is also an opportunity to excel and grow.
