The process was very straightforward. It was a two-interview process, as it should be, unlike other companies that require three or more interviews. The team at IBM knows what they want and has an eye for picking the right candidates. This is unlike other institutions where they need more than three interviews because they have a less decisive team that simply cannot decide what they want.
IBM was the first to extend an offer, within two days. The rest of the companies offered after a week. Luckily, I had accepted IBM's offer and am so glad I did.
