Process

The initial contact was a phone screening interview. Several days later, I was contacted for interviews with several technical personnel and given a short skills assessment test.

The screening interview consisted of general questions about my current resume, career path, and what I was looking for in a job and work environment.

The technical interview consisted of more specific questions about particular skills and how I would rate various skill sets from 1 to 10. A short skills test, consisting of a series of questions, focused on skills required for the job.
