Process

The interview process was good, but it took a week to get to the salary discussion. The requirement was for GUI and server-side coding.

I had two levels of interview.

  • The first level was a Java interview, where I was asked questions related to collections, Threads, the Producer-Consumer problem, and Design Patterns. I had to explain most of these theoretically and practically, often with the help of sample code.
  • Following the Java interview, I had a GUI interview. Here, I was asked questions related to HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, JSF, Servlets, and JSP.

Questions

I felt that the questions asked were general, except for a few analytical questions.
