Student Software Developer Interview Experience - Guadalajara, Mexico

Process

Until the personal interview, the process was overall okay. However, after that, the company did not provide any answer. Even though they stated that I would always know my status, they did not give a proper update. One of my interviewers expressed "concern" that no one had informed me about my process. Later, someone from the company mentioned that they "normally" lose track of applicants. It would be better if someone inside the company or another good contact recommended you if you want a proper process. Thanks to that, you will not waste your time as I did. I would have preferred a solid "no" instead of playing hide-and-seek.
