Did the Extreme Blue program. The process included a phone screen, two LeetCode questions (one hard, one medium), and one behavioral question. The overall process was not overly difficult, but the LeetCode questions were very challenging. I loved the program, though.

Pros: A lot of really cool, smart people who have a strong grasp of IBM's position in the current landscape. Very little elitism and a huge push to teach the interns.
