Pros: IBM provides unlimited WFH that is actually good. But do not get over-excited reading this! Even this can depend on your manager. Women are provided cabs from 7 pm onwards to reach home safely if you get approval from your project to bear the cost. IBM provides unlimited sick leaves, which no other organization has. There is no stringent 9-hour work policy. No swipe-in and out policy to record your working hours. Complete your work with no defects, and you are good to go.

Cons: IBM is not recommended if you are joining as a fresher. The opportunity to grow within the organization as a fresher and working at the lowest band is minimal. Exceptions can happen: 'You are lucky if you get a good lead and manager.' You don’t get any perks for your hard work. Poor pay package, almost no onsite for Band 6. The company policies (for hike, onsite, band progression) are not very transparent, and there is no scope to contact your HR. Your only hope is your People Manager. Your future in IBM is in the hands of your manager.
