It was very good. The IBM HR team visited the college and conducted the first aptitude test, followed by interviews for shortlisted candidates. The aptitude test was quite easy and had 100 questions to solve in 1 hour.

Pros: Some good people still work there. If you can get in with a good group, it can be great (this is getting tougher and tougher).
Cons: They have cut much of the central IT/support staff. We used to have great help; now, you are on your own.
