Cumbersome bureaucracy and old technology
Test Specialist • Former Employee
June 7, 2016
Pros: Has a comfortable working environment, with friendly people on your team. It's easy to instant message most people.
Working hours are flexible, especially with the work-from-home opportunities.
Cons: People outside of your team who you need to work together with can be difficult to approach.
Training can be hard to come by in the department I worked in, so picking up knowledge sometimes has to be picked up slowly.
Technology and methodology can lag behind quite a bit, from backend and frontend.
