Process
The interview process took more than two weeks.
The first round was a technical round, and the second round was a managerial round.
I don't know why HR considers employees if they can't even offer a 30% hike on a job switch.
I had a discussion with HR before the technical round. I stated I was expecting a 35-40% hike from my current salary, and she said it was okay and they could offer that. However, during the managerial round, when the interviewer heard about the 35% hike, he said they would see if they could consider me at that hike.
Questions
Tech Round: Java + Selenium + API.
Managerial: Normal project plus past experience questions.
