One of the worst experiences I had was with the IBM acquisition team.
When I went for the interview, they didn't have an interview panel ready. They then asked me to wait and complete the agile assessment. Within two minutes, they told me that I hadn't cleared the assessment. I was shocked, as there were only 'agree' and 'slightly agree' options. How could they evaluate based solely on these options?
IBM higher management must have insight into their acquisition team.
