Process
First, there was an IQ test. Then I received an interview notice. The interview was conducted using webcams. The interviewer asked me a couple of technical questions about C programming. Then, he asked a few behavioral questions. The overall process took half an hour. He was nice and easy-going.

Pros: Great career plan, nice work environment, and lots of feedback. In many ways, the company drives you to grow. There is enormous freedom in your work, where you choose how to do it and without worries about social media or distractions, as long as you get your work done.
Cons: Coffee paid for? Seriously, this is a bit annoying in the daily life of someone who programs, but nothing a personal coffee maker can't solve ;)
