Very flexible work-life balance, good vacation benefits, and health benefits.
Management is stingy with raises and continuously tries to reduce benefits for longtime employees. There is a constant fear of layoffs.
The PBC system is terrible, with subjective and relative reviews based on arbitrary goals. It should be objectively based.
Don't make employees sign business conduct guidelines that you do not follow yourselves.
I'm not sold on the company's long-term strategy (eschewing hardware in favor of services/software, where the barrier of entry is low and others do it much better). Cannibalizing the stock for the sake of earnings per share also seems stupid.
